Did you know that the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood ® MINNESOTA program is a part of a national movement and one among 22 state programs? In 1990, the Child Care Services Association created the Teacher Education and Compensation Helps (T.E.A.C.H.) Mary Jo Bjornson is a T.E.A.C.H. recipient who has been a family child care provider for 15 years in Ramsey County . She is also the mother of 2 grown children, a wife, a leader of the West 7th Daycare group and member of the North American Reggio Emilia Alliance.
