Ounce Trainers
At the Wisdom of Many Voices Conference
We will be holding an Ounce trainer reception on Friday evening, April 27th from 5:30 to 8:00 PM . We will have a buffet dinner, time for networking, and an update on the Ounce Research Project and current thinking about the model for Ounce training.

If you are planning to attend the Wisdom Conference, you will be eligible for a $60 stipend. These dollars will be issued as reimbursement for attending the session , Minnesota 's Early Learning Guidelines for Birth to Three, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM on Saturday afternoon , March 28th . Please n ote that the form requires that you have the trainer initial your attendance at the end of the workshop.
Through Eager to Learn
We will be holding an on-line class, Minnesota's Early Learning Guidelines for Birth to Three, in May for those trainers who are not able to attend the session at the Sharing the Wisdom Conference. The class will involve reading of the document, applying information to a video snippet, Message Board postings for 2 weeks and one Chat Room session . You can select either Tuesday, May 8th from 8:00 to 8:45 PM or Wednesday, May 16th from 8:00 to 8:45 PM for your chat time. Trainers must register for the class at the Eagar to Learn website. You would not be receiving a cash stipend , but the class fee ($30) would be paid with Ounce dollars. You would receive free materials and a Continuing Education certificate for 4 clock-hours.
