Eager to Learn Contact Information: Who can best help you?

  • For questions regarding all technology concerns including but not limited to classroom interface problems, log in issues, passwords, technology downloads, software or hardware needs and course set up information. Contact Grady at 651 746 4025 or etlsupport@mnchildcare.org

  • For questions regarding student and instructor needs outside of the realm of technology including but not limited to curriculum needs, course content, student performance, payments, certification, PLATS and student course list. Contact Cory at 651 746 4024 or coryw@mnchildcare.org

Eager to Learn, as you all know, is growing in leaps and bounds, as we continue to grow we try to make your jobs easier by having information available to you on the website. The website is always updated with the newest forms that you need. We have also added language to the site to clarify what the intent of these documents are. What this means is you can do an Eager to Learn Spring Cleaning and DUMP all of your old documents.

Our hope with the document purging is that old inaccurate information will no longer be disseminated to students. When you do review your syllabi prior to the course please check to make sure that the information on it mirrors the information on the sample syllabus. We also are hopeful that by streamlining communication efforts it will help you and the students to get the information that they need in a timely manner. Your help in our endeavor to support the students and you our most excellent instructors is truly appreciated.
